As leader of the HR function, this role will be responsible for leading an efficient team in the design and implementation of effective HR systems, policies and practices across the company. The role incumbent will report to the management and serve as an integral part of company top leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Review, Introduce and Implement company HR policies as per Industry Best Practices,
  • Assist Founders on manpower planning, succession planning and skills assessment,
  • Ensure and oversee adherence to HR statutory compliance’s,
  • Manage monthly and quarterly internal processes for employees such as performance appraisals/evaluation,
  • Plan initiatives to improve performance, retention and employee experience/welfare.
  • Assess training needs and assist Line Managers with training plans,
  • Execute recruitment road-map and meet targets,

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate, Any Specialization. MBA preferred,

  • Good command over Indesign, Math Type, CoralDraw, PageMaker and Photoshop designing.

  • Reads typescript (original copy) or proof of type setup to detect quality check on publications,
  • Checking that:-
    • the text matches the original,
    • Grammatical, typographical, or compositional errors,
    • spelling and style are correct and consistent,
    • page numbers, headings and captions are correct
  • Photos and illustrations are correctly captioned,
  • Highlight mistake and suggest the changes that need to be made,
  • Must use their judgment to decide which changes are essential.
